Works have been under way on the Jubilee Bridge connecting Runcorn and Widnes for almost a year now (as at 20th Feb 2011) - very awkward but if work has to be done to ensure the safety of the bridge and its structure then work has to be done !!
However, the most annoying thing about the works is NOT that the work has to be undertaken and the chaos it causes BUT the inconsiderate, pushy arrogant bastards who seem to think that they have the God given right to by-pass the people and cars waiting patiently in the long queues and to scream down the outside and forcibly 'push-in' at the head of the line. Ignorant yobs - reminds me greatly of bullies in primary schools who push in at the front of dinner queues !!!!!!
The Police should be monitoring these drivers, booking them for dangerous driving; and forcing them to go around again and join the rear of the queue !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why, oh why, are the Police never interested in sorting out the 'yobs' of this world !!!!!??????
